Men’s Night Out is Good for Mental Health!

Source: Peace Quarters According to recent findings in University of Oxford, men should hang out at least twice with their friends in a week for better mental health.  Now, this might seem of the notch but it certainly is true. There are more benefits to hanging out with friends than we can ever imagine. And when we say friends, we don’t mean your work friends or your gym friends. We mean your true friends, people you’re comfortable with, sharing intimate stuff and drinks.
