10 Easy Tips To Master To Feed Your Annoying Toddler At The Table

We understand that toddlers can be very hard on parents to control. How can you expect someone to understand and comply with your rules when they don’t understand a single thing you say? Well worry no more, we are here to help you, to make your life easier and teach you ways to feed your toddler!

Keep them on a routine

Keeping your toddler on a proper fixed routine is very important, not only for discipline but also for their diet. When you keep them on a day, which is a very hard thing to do, make sure that you feed them on time and make them sleep on time.

Let them sleep well

This is a part of keeping them on a fixed routine. We understand that you both got jobs and you are going back and forth with work, and whenever you need to go out, you disturb their sleep and walk out with them. This is something you shouldn’t do, and you should also not let your child sleep in weird patterns. Click here to know more about sleeping aid for toddlers.

Let them play as much as they want

The more your child works, or walks around, the more hunger they will experience. The more the hunger, the more they tend to eat. This is just common sense, don’t make your kids lazy like yourself, let them play around and do things on their own. (Get your apartment baby-proof!)

Feed them their favorite food

Yes, this might seem like you’re spoiling your kid but it is true. You have to let your child eat whatever he or she wants. I know it is tough to accept but if the food isn’t harmful for them and they like it, why not just feed them? Click here to know more about kid’s favorite food.

Make the food look like their favorite food

How hard can it be to trick a toddler? We adults trick adults like us all the time, so try to trick your child. If your child doesn’t like bananas but likes cornflakes, well you can always mash the bananas and make them look like cornflakes!

Trick them into eating

Tricking them into eating and tricking them into thinking that they are eating their favorite foods are two different things. If they don’t feel hungry according to their schedule, you just have to make them think that they want food. You can give them their favorite food or whatever works for your child!

Patience is the key

This is something I tell to all parents, that you need to be patient with your child and have faith in them. Toddlers are hard to understand since they can not exhibit emotions like us so you have to be calm with them. Scolding them will only make them rash and result in worse things. See this to know how to deal with your kids.

Make sure they have plenty breakfast

Feeding your child to the point where they can’t stand is the goal. So make sure you give them plenty of breakfast and lesser food around the day. When they will have less food on them at night time, they will eventually eat more in the morning.

Never keep them full

This can be a harmful practise, if you’re keeping your baby’s tummy full all the time. This is why doctors are always getting cases of diarrhea in toddlers so make sure they have enough food to make them hungry again in a few hours.

Try to feed them sweets

The more sweets you feed them, the higher the sugar level, resulting in your child having less food on them, and wanting more soon!
